Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the mega880 website and the services offered on it, you expressly and unconditionally agree to accept, comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. This agreement takes effect from the date of account registration or from the first date you access the platform, whichever is earlier.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you are advised not to continue using this platform. mega880 reserves the right to amend, add to or remove any provision in this document from time to time without prior notice, except for material amendments which will be communicated in advance.

Eligibility and Registration

To register and use mega880 services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Be registering as a private individual (not a company, organisation or other entity) on your own behalf.
• Not be located in a jurisdiction that prohibits or restricts participation in online gambling activities.
• Not have been previously banned or prohibited from using mega880 services.
• Hold only one (1) active account at any one time.

All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate and complete. mega880 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of a valid national identity card (MyKad) or passport. Accounts whose information cannot be verified may be suspended until the verification process is complete.

Account Use

Each member is fully responsible for all activity that takes place within their account. Passwords must be kept secure and must not be shared with any other party. mega880 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by the member's own negligence.

Members are required to notify the mega880 customer support team immediately if they suspect unauthorised access to their account. Customer support is available 24/7 via live chat and email in Malay and English.

• One individual may only hold one mega880 account at any one time.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold or assigned to any other party.
• Any attempt to operate multiple accounts will result in all of those accounts being terminated.
• Members are responsible for ensuring their account information is kept up to date.

Deposits and Payments

mega880 accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian local payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX (online banking), Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM50 regardless of the payment method chosen. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), except cryptocurrency transactions which will be converted at the prevailing rate at the time of processing.

• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the member's own name.
• mega880 does not accept payments from third parties on behalf of members.
• All deposits are final and cannot be reversed once processed.
• mega880 does not charge any processing fee for deposits, however payment service providers may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be made by members who meet the following conditions: sufficient account balance, all bonus-related wagering requirements have been met, and account identity verification is complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per transaction.

Withdrawal processing normally takes between 10 and 45 minutes. However, some cases may require additional review before approval, particularly for withdrawals involving large amounts or situations requiring further identity verification.

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to current policy.
• mega880 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving any withdrawal.
• Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent means will result in account termination and further action.

Bonuses and Promotions

mega880 offers a welcome bonus of 120% on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus value before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

Applicable calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → bonus RM120 → account balance RM220 → wagering requirement: RM120 × 10 = RM1,200
• Deposit RM1,000 (or more) → bonus RM500 (maximum cap) → account balance RM1,500 → wagering requirement: RM500 × 10 = RM5,000

Any bonus offered by mega880 is subject to the specific terms stated alongside the relevant offer. mega880 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

Game Rules

All games available on the mega880 platform are operated by licensed software providers and overseen by independent regulatory bodies. Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless a verifiable technical failure has occurred.

In the event of a technical disruption or system failure during a game session, mega880 will investigate and resolve the matter based on stored server records. Decisions based on server records are final.

• The use of software or unusual methods to influence game outcomes is prohibited.
• Any suspicious behaviour may result in an account being suspended pending the completion of an investigation.
• mega880 reserves the right to void winnings arising from the use of automation software or exploitation of technical vulnerabilities.

Member Conduct

All mega880 members are required to behave responsibly, respectfully and ethically while using this platform, including when interacting with customer support staff and other members in live casino games.

• The use of abusive language, threats or harassment directed at staff or other members is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to defraud or manipulate the payment system, bonuses or games will be acted upon immediately.
• Members are prohibited from using this platform for money laundering or any other illegal activities.
• Violations of these rules may result in account termination without a refund of the remaining balance.

Data Protection

Account Termination

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting the mega880 customer support team via live chat or email. Before the account is closed, all pending withdrawals will be processed under the usual terms provided all requirements have been met.

mega880 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmation that the member is under 21 years of age.
• Confirmation that registration information is false or misleading.
• Involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering or other illegal activities.
• A request from the relevant authorities in accordance with legal requirements.

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mega880 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this agreement will be resolved through arbitration or legal channels as determined by the relevant licensing body.

Should any provision in these Terms and Conditions be found invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, only that provision will be deemed void, while all other provisions remain in full force and effect.
